Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger after traumatic events. Together we can work to overcome these symptoms and through various treatments guide you through the counseling process to promote healing.
Anxiety and Depression are some of the most common ailments in our society today. Often these can leave us feeling disconnected from those around us or even from ourselves. Through my various counseling treatments, we can work to flush out and work with these concerns in a compassionate and integrative way.
Couples Counseling can be a positive experience that brings couples closer together by fostering positive communication and bringing out each other’s inner world for their partner to witness.
Areas of focus include affairs, sex therapy, conflict resolution, and fostering close and secure connections with your partner.
Sex can be a difficult thing to talk about, but it does not have to be.
I have experience aiding individuals and couples in navigating treatments of sex-related concerns such as,
erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation,
sex drive discrepancy, low sexual desire, and out-of-control sexual behavior (OCSB)
Internal Family Systems is a powerfully transformative, evidence-based model of psychotherapy.
From the IFS perspective, we believe the mind is naturally multiple and that is a good thing. Our inner parts contain valuable qualities, and our core "Self" knows how to heal, allowing us to become integrated and whole.
IFS is a movement. A new, empowering paradigm for understanding and harmonizing the mind and, thereby, larger human systems. One that can aid individuals in healing and help the world become a more compassionate place.
In IFS all parts are welcome.

EMDR is a psychotherapy treatment that facilitates the accessing and processing of traumatic memories and other adverse life experiences to bring these to an adaptive resolution.
After successful treatments with EMDR therapy, affective distress is relieved, negative beliefs are reformulated, and physiological arousal is reduced.
RLT takes a radical approach to couples therapy to restore power imbalances and build empathy between partners by conducting inner child work within the couples context, before empowering partners with the skills to embrace an entirely new way of relating.
The goals of Gottman Method Couples Therapy are to disarm conflicting verbal communication; increase intimacy, respect, and affection; remove barriers that create a feeling of stagnancy, and create a heightened sense of empathy and understanding within the context of the relationship.
This approach, which was created by Al Killen-Harvey and Doug Braun-Harvey, works to rethink the shame-based and addiction model that is currently the norm when it comes to sex as well as sexual imagery viewing.
Instead, treatments for this approach focus on core sexual principles, having sex-positive conversations, as well as working with each client to formulate a unique plan that works for them and aids in fostering a healthy and happy sexual self.
