The Mission

I am a Sioux Falls native and am proud to serve this community. It is my passion to aid others in becoming more connected with their inner selves and strengthening emotional bonds between loved ones through mental health therapy and counseling.

Treatment Focus

I specialize in the areas of trauma, relationships, and sex therapy.

I identify as an Internal Family Systems IFS therapist and incorporate this modality into all areas of my work.

In-Person or Tele-Health

I would be excited to see you in person or through the Tele-Health platform for counseling services.

Online sessions are held from the convenience of your own home at a time that is convenient for you.
